solutions, with a strong focus on signal integrity, vibration isolation, and EMI/EMC shielding.\n\nEmbedded Development: Develop drivers and firmware (C/C++) to interface sensors via aeronautical protocols (DroneCAN, SPI, I2C, UART), ensuring precise time synchronization of data.\n\nCalibration and Validation: Execute complex calibration routines (thermal compensation of IMUs, magnetometer calibration) and analyze flight logs to diagnose anomalous behavior.\n\nNavigation Architecture: Collaborate with the Flight Control Software team to align hardware capabilities with the requirements of state estimation algorithms.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience: 4+ years in navigation hardware integration or control systems.\n\nEducation: Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields.\n\nLow-Level Expertise: Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems and a deep understanding of industrial/aeronautical communication protocols.\n\nHands-on Lab Skills: Experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and PCB prototyping tools.\n\nData Analysis: Ability to interpret complex telemetry to identify sensor noise, bias, or instability.\n\nDifferentiating Factors (Nice to Have)\nExperience with ArduPilot or PX4 (driver/HAL level).\n\nKnowledge of signal processing and Kalman filters.\n\nExperience with aeronautical hardware certification standards.\n\nWhat We
