We’re looking for a hands-on engineer to help take these systems to the next level, making them even more robust, reliable, and ready for the real world.\nMain Responsibilities\nTake ownership of our Tracking Systems throughout their industrialization and production lifecycle, from engineering handover to final customer delivery\n\nManage production documentation and lead quality audits\n\nInvestigate non-conformities and develop creative, practical solutions\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product robustness and reliability\n\nRequirements\nDegree in Engineering or a related technical field (Industrial Engineering and Management is a plus, not a requirement)\n\nStrong interest or experience in product industrialisation, manufacturing processes, and quality engineering\n\nFamiliarity with technical documentation, BoMs, production procedures, and configuration management\n\nA proactive, hands-on problem solver who takes ownership from identifying an issue through to implementing its solution\n\nKnowledge of quality standards, methodologies, and continuous improvement practices is a plus\n\nOther Requirements:\nEnthusiastic engineer - You love engineering and building things, with a rich portfolio and a background full of ideas, curious projects, and botched attempts at making rockets\n\nSystems-oriented engineer - You can conceive and understand a whole system, its subsystems, and its parts, even without full knowledge of every detail (yet)\n\nStrong product immersion -
