By driving execution and fostering innovation, the Project Manager contributes to TEKEVER’s mission of delivering cutting-edge, mission-critical systems.\nWhat will be your responsibilities:\nProject Leadership - Oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.\n\nGovernance & Risk Management - Establish and maintain project governance, escalating issues and risks to leadership when necessary.\n\nProject Delivery - Ensure TEKEVER meets contractual commitments delivering with high quality standards.\n\nReporting & Communication - Maintain project communication and develop tailored reports for different stakeholders.\n\nCustomer Relations - Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.\n\nProfile and requirements:\nAdvanced Education - Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.\n\nTechnology knowledge - ideally in the Aerospace field.\n\nTechnical Project Management - 3 years or more of experience handling multi-disciplinary technical workloads.\n\nLeadership Skills - Experience managing cross-functional teams.\n\nStakeholder Management - Ability to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders;\n\nQuick Learner & Adaptable: Ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies\n\nProblem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills\n\nPassion for Aerospace & Innovation\n\nLanguage Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English.
