will support the HR Business Partner team in attracting and hiring the next generation of talent at TEKEVER, with a focus on interns and junior professionals in technology, engineering and innovation.\n\nWhat will be your responsibilities:\nSupport the planning and execution of internship and junior recruitment needs, working with hiring managers to understand each opening.\n\nSupport sourcing initiatives to reach students and recent graduates through universities, job boards, LinkedIn, communities and academic networks.\n\nCreate and publish job ads across relevant platforms.\n\nCoordinate recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups and pipeline management through our ATS.\n\nEnsure a positive and transparent candidate experience, including timely communication and feedback.\n\nParticipate in academic events, representing TEKEVER and engaging with students, graduates and academic communities.\n\nSupport the operational coordination of internship programmes and academic engagement activities.\n\nAssist in preparing event materials, presentations and communication resources.\n\nProfile and requirements:\nDegree (or final-year student) in Human Resources Management, Management, Social and Organisational Psychology, Work and Organisational Psychology, Sociology or related fields.\n\nFluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, with strong writing and communication skills.\n\nProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and follow-ups.\n\nProactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks.\n\nBe curious and proactive in exploring recruitment trends, sourcing practices and new ways of identifying talent together with talent attraction and university engagement initiatives.\n\nComfortable engaging with students, candidates and external stakeholders.\n\nAvailable for hybrid work (3 days per week in the office in Caldas da Rainha), with occasional availability for events around Portugal.\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience organising academic events, student association activities, volunteering projects or other initiatives involving coordination and stakeholder engagement.\n\nWhat we have to offer
