Tekion employs close to 3,000 people across North America, Asia and Europe.\nJob Introduction:\nAs Commercial Counsel, you will support our commercial contracting function end to end, serving as the go-to legal partner on deals from first draft to signature. Reporting directly to the leader of the Commercial Legal team, you will negotiate complex, high-impact agreements, build smarter, scalable processes that help deals close faster and partner with Sales, Finance, Product and other teams to move the business forward while managing risk.
