Balances hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful outcomes and advance engineering best practices.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nLeads end-to-end technical execution for major projects, from design through deployment and monitoring.\nDevelops and enforces engineering standards, coding practices, and architectural guidelines across teams.\nWorks closely with product, UX, and architecture teams to define scalable technical solutions.\nMentors engineers at various levels and supports talent development through code reviews and knowledge sharing.\nInvestigates production issues and leads root cause analysis and long-term solutions for system health.\nChampions innovation, system improvements, and performance optimizations across products and services.\nJob Complexity:\nLeads projects with cross-functional dependencies and significant technical complexity. Guides technical strategy and drives execution.\nRequired Supervision:\nFunctions independently and provides technical leadership to multiple engineers.
