Plays a pivotal role in incident response, automation, and performance optimization while mentoring junior engineers and improving operational maturity.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nDesigns and implements scalable monitoring, alerting, and self-healing systems to maintain service availability.\nLeads incident response efforts for critical outages, driving root cause analysis and long-term resolution strategies.\nDevelops infrastructure automation and reliability tooling to support deployment, recovery, and scaling.\nCollaborates with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure reliability principles are embedded in product and platform design.\nPerforms capacity planning, fault tolerance analysis, and performance optimization for high-traffic systems.\nMentors junior SREs and shares best practices in operational excellence, automation, and incident handling.\nJob Complexity:\nLeads reliability engineering for large, complex systems. Anticipates issues, improves operational workflows, and ensures reliability at scale.\nRequired Supervision:\nOperates independently with minimal oversight. Trusted to drive high-priority initiatives and influence platform reliability decisions.\nExpertise:\nDeep technical proficiency in SRE principles, automation, and large-scale infrastructure.
