retrospectives, and daily stand-ups for assigned programs\n\nMaintain program documentation, timelines, dashboards, and stakeholder communications\n\nSupport continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements within the TPM function\n\nContribute to knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and cross-functional alignment within the broader TPM team\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n4-6 years of experience in technical program management or related fields\n\nStrong understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage software or platform initiatives from concept to delivery\n\nProficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms\n\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving
