Responsibilities\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets.\nHandle end-to-end recruitment for Contract, C2H, and FTE positions.\nSource candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean/X-ray search.\nScreen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, compensation, and availability.\nCoordinate with clients, account managers, and hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities.\nManage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups.\nTrack recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, offers, closures, and joining conversions.\nBuild strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.\nEnsure quality submissions, timely delivery, and adherence to client SLAs and TAT.\nMaintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.\nMandatory Skills\n3.5–7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an IT staffing or RPO environment.\nStrong experience in Contract, C2H, and FTE hiring.\nHands-on expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, and technical screening.\nExperience leading or mentoring recruiters and driving recruitment delivery.\nAbility to manage multiple technical requirements and client accounts simultaneously.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nProven ability to meet hiring targets and close challenging technical positions.\nGood to Have\nExperience managing multiple client accounts.\nExposure to recruitment reporting, ATS tools, and performance metrics.\nExperience building and scaling high-performing recruitment teams.\nStrong understanding of IT technologies and
