complex design challenges with creative, user-focused solutions.\nParticipate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement of design systems.\nQualifications\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.\nStrong hands-on experience with Figma and InVision.\nProven understanding of front-end engineering principles and experience collaborating with development teams.\nHands-on experience ensuring designs are ADA compliant and meet accessibility standards.\nExperience working on enterprise-level design projects.\nStrong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.\nDemonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in dynamic environments.\nPreferred Skills\nFamiliarity with design guidelines and requirements for federal or judiciary projects.\nUnderstanding of UX research methodologies to inform design decisions.\nExperience with usability testing and related tools.\nFamiliarity with Agile development
