structural, millwright, and process equipment installation.\n\nMonitor progress, resolve field issues, and maintain daily project documentation.\n\nEnsure compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.\n\nRequirements:\n7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in a superintendent or field leadership role.\n\nExperience in industrial, agricultural, grain, milling, or food processing construction.\n\nGreenfield construction experience preferred.\n\nOSHA 30-Hour Construction certification, First Aid/CPR, and applicable competent-person training required.\n\nMust be
