Manufacturing Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

Coordinate the Multiteria product line from engineering release through production and delivery. Manage schedules, documentation, capacity planning, vendors, and communication between engineering, production, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project schedules, production, and installations.
• Validate engineering releases and maintain project documentation.
• Manage capacity planning and master production schedules.
• Track delayed projects and maintain pipeline reports.
• Follow up with vendors and purchase orders.
• Lead weekly production/schedule meetings.
• Report production metrics and project status.
• Coordinate design changes with engineering.
• Support order entry and release processes.

Requirements:

• Engineering or manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong project coordination and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing/project management experience preferred.
