Because we value in-person collaboration, travel is an expected part of every role. We come together several times a year for team and company-wide offsites to align on goals and strengthen relationships. Attendance at these events is expected and fully supported.

What You’ll Do

As a Visual Designer at Tekmetric, you’ll be hands-on in bringing the Tekmetric brand to life across channels - for a fast-growing SaaS company that feels more like a lifestyle brand than a traditional B2B player. From campaigns and social content to events and customer storytelling programs, you’ll execute high-quality creative work that’s consistent, compelling, and true to who we are. This role is a great fit for a designer who wants meaningful ownership of their work and room to grow in a brand they can really sink their teeth into.

In this role, you will:

• Execute Tekmetric’s brand across digital, social, print, and event design - delivering a cohesive, elevated look and feel across every channel.
• Translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand design deliverables that support campaigns, content, and marketing initiatives.
• Partner closely with marketing teammates on campaigns, content, social, events, and customer storytelling initiatives.
• Apply and maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral, including proper use of logos, fonts, color palettes, and key messaging.
• Support the evolution of Tekmetric’s brand identity by contributing to templates, visual systems, and brand standards documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate strategy into impactful visuals.
• Contribute to a growing design library and help streamline creative workflows for speed, scalability, and consistency.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative curiosity to the table, participating in brainstorms and pitching concepts that help Tekmetric stand out.
• Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and communicate about your work clearly - with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of design experience in-house or at an agency, with exposure to brand, marketing, or campaign work
• A portfolio showcasing strong craft, attention to detail, and multi-channel design across digital, print, social, and/or event work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; exposure to motion, photography direction, or experiential design is a plus
• Ability to translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into visually compelling work
• Solid foundation in design hierarchy, typography, and visual storytelling
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting work and responding to feedback
• An organized, proactive approach to managing assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity, humility, and a genuine interest in connecting with real-world audiences
