It is our mission to find solutions that are aligned with client strategies and protect the integrity of our customer brands.\nPay Range $51,000-$65,000\nResponsibilities:\nSafety:\nContinuously ensure safety and good manufacturing practices.\nReports any unsafe or potentially unsafe conditions to Safety Manager and supervisor following current processes (Intelex)\nReports any reportable incident or accident to the Safety Manager and Warehouse Manager, as well as entering information in Intelex and conduct investigation.\nWarehouse:\nOwn daily warehouse operations during assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time execution of all inbound and outbound activities.\nEnsure on-time shipment execution, minimizing delays and driver wait time.\nManage dock operations and prioritize loads based on business needs and schedules.\nEnsure all system transactions (receipts, transfers, locations, shipments, others) are completed accurately and in a timely manner.\nEnforce inventory discipline, including correct labeling, proper location, and FIFO compliance.\nIdentify and escalate inventory risks such as discrepancies, aging, and obsolete (SLOB) materials.\nEnsure proper segregation of inventory (NPD, MRB, rejected/damaged product).\nManage warehouse space and material flow to avoid congestion and ensure operational efficiency.\nSupport cycle count execution and ensure discrepancies are investigated and resolved.\nMaintain real-time visibility of warehouse status and escalate operational issues as needed.\nDrive accountability on the floor, ensuring adherence to standard work, safety, and warehouse processes, and proactively ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary resources, tools, and support to execute their tasks without delays.\nSupport the projects undertaken by the organization, where he/she can add value.\nParticipating in the department and management meetings\nAttend necessary training coordinated by HR where participation is needed.\nParticipate in improvement projects as needed.\nReport any work-related incident.\nRequest IT support when issues arise.\nEnsures his/her team’s required training is completed\nEnsure proper handling and disposition of regrind, recyclable, and waste materials.\nActively participate in Yearly physical inventory.\nResponsibility for the personnel file, attendance file, the daily shift report, and time in/out check.\nSees staffing needs & informs manager if more personnel is needed.\nTo mentor, direct and move personnel when and where needed.\nEnsure Personnel Action Notices are completed when changes are made to any personnel such as promotions, wage increases, transfers, etc.\nFacilitate an efficient onboarding process for the new hires.\nQuality:\nEnsure employees are following all quality standards of the product, and proper handling of product in warehouses.\nSupport Quality with products that need to be inspected, and make sure the process is followed, ensuring inventory accuracy.\nMAINTENANCE & EQUIPMENT:\nReport and follow up on issues related to warehouse equipment and infrastructure (dock doors, racks, wrappers, etc.).\nRequest maintenance support as needed for warehouse operations and inform supervisor.\nReport to procurement in case support from vendor is needed.\nHUMAN RESOURCES:\nEnsure employee handbook is followed and request any clarifications from an HR representative.\nDocument any violations of company policy and communicate it to department manager.\nFollow the corrective action procedure with employees as necessary to improve performance.\nFollow the established procedure when identifying or having reasonable suspicion that an employee is under the influence of a foreign substance.\nPRODUCTION:\nCoordinate with production to ensure continuous and accurate material flow. \nMake sure all Company policies and safety regulations are understood and followed.\nAbility to commute:\nQuality:4800 Lina Lane, Dublin, VA, 24084: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)\nBenefits:\nMedical Coverage\nPrescription Drug Coverage\nTelemedicine\nDental Coverage\nVision Coverage\nEmployee Assistance Program\nHealth Savings Account (HSA)\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nBasic Term Life/AD&D Insurance\nVoluntary Life/AD&D Insurance\nShort Term Disability (STD)\nLong Term Disability (LTD\nVoluntary Buy-Up LTD\nHospital Indemnity\nAccident Insurance\nCritical Illness\n401(k) Retirement Savings Plan\nDaily Pay\nBusiness Travel Insurance\nLegal Plan\nIdentity Protection\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
