The role involves managing daily HR activities, supporting managers and employees, leading HR programs, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a high-performance workplace culture.\nKey Responsibilities:Advise managers and department heads on HR matters and employee relations.\nManage employee relations issues and ensure fair resolution in line with company policies and labor laws.\nEnsure compliance with Rwanda labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.\nImplement and improve HR procedures, programs, and operational processes.\nPrepare employment contracts, termination documents, severance payments, and other HR documents.\nSupport payroll processing and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payments.\nAdminister employee benefits and support benefit program development and communication.\nSupport employee onboarding, induction, and orientation.\nPrepare HR reports, statistics, and workforce information.\nWork with recruitment, training, operations, accounting, IT, and global HR teams.\nSupport HR technology solutions and organizational change management.\nPromote employee engagement, workplace culture, confidentiality, and health and safety.\nBuild strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.\nQualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nAt least 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.\nExperience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and end-to-end payroll processing.\nHands-on experience with the Sage payroll system.\nExperience administering Human Resources programs.\nStrong understanding of Rwanda labor laws, employment practices, and HR compliance.\nExperience supporting employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to handle confidential information professionally.\nProfessional fluency in written and spoken English.\nSelf-motivated, flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a
