Rust\n\nExperience : 10+ Years\n\nLocation : Pune\n\nRole Overview : \n\nWe are looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect - Rust with strong expertise in cloud-native architecture and Rust-based application development. \n\nThe role will focus on designing distributed cloud applications and guiding engineering teams in building scalable, high-performance Rust services.\n\nKey Responsibilities / KRA : \n\n- Design cloud-native solutions for scalable and distributed applications using Rust and AWS.\n\n- Translate business and non-functional requirements into cloud-native technical architectures.\n\n- Define microservice boundaries, API contracts, integration patterns, data architecture, and deployment strategies.\n\n- Guide engineering teams in designing and developing production-grade Rust services.\n\n- Provide technical guidance on Rust application architecture, asynchronous programming, concurrency, and performance.\n\n- Design architectures for scalability, high availability, resilience, security, and disaster recovery.\n\n- Review application and cloud architecture to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.\n\n- Lead architecture workshops, design reviews, technical discussions, and architecture governance.\n\n- Define application observability and monitoring requirements for cloud-native services.\n\n- Identify technical risks, dependencies, architecture trade-offs, and performance bottlenecks.\n\n- Work closely with Engineering, Cloud, DevOps/SRE, Security, QA, Product, and Operations teams.\n\n- Provide technical leadership during application integration, production readiness, and complex production issues.\n\n- Document architecture decisions, technical standards, dependencies, and operational requirements.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or architecture.\n\n- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Solution Architecture.\n\n- Strong experience with Rust and production-grade Rust services.\n\n- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.\n\n- Strong experience with microservices and REST/API-based architectures.\n\n- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, scalability, and performance.\n\n- Strong AWS experience with cloud-native application architectures.\n\n- Strong communication and technical leadership skills.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with EKS/ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, S3, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, and EventBridge.\n\n- Experience with CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, or AWS X-Ray.\n\n- Experience building high-performance backend platforms using Rust\nSkills\nSolution Design, Solution Architect, Cloud Architect, Rust, AWS, Distributed Systems, API, Cloud Apps, Cloud Services, Observability Services, Monitoring Tools","description_format":"text","description_chars":2786,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":10,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-28T08:00:00Z"}],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":1,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["seen:1","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-30T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/tekpillar-cloud-solution-architect-rust","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/tekpillar-cloud-solution-architect-rust.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T01:44:41Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":1252,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":3748,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
