development workflow.\n\n- Maintain clear technical documentation and ensure the quality and reliability of completed deliverables.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- Master's degree (MSc) or PhD.\n\n- Strong professional, research, or academic experience in Machine Learning.\n\n- Advanced practical proficiency in Python programming.\n\n- Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning model development.\n\n- Practical understanding of model training, inference, and evaluation workflows.\n\n- Experience using coding agents or AI-assisted coding tools as part of the development workflow.\n\n- Ability to solve complex technical, mathematical, and computational problems.\n\n- Experience developing reproducible Python-based engineering workflows.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience working at an established technology company, AI laboratory, research organization, or recognized engineering environment.\n\n- Strong academic or research background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.\n\n- Experience developing and optimizing machine learning models and large-scale computational systems.\n\n- Familiarity with numerical methods, performance benchmarking, and inference optimization.\n\n- Experience with model evaluation, debugging, and computational efficiency improvements.\n\n- Contributions to recognized open-source projects or impactful academic research.\n\n- Ability to independently solve challenging machine learning
