The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and data visualization, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights and interactive dashboards.\n\r\rKey Responsibilities\n\r\r\rDesign, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards.\n\rCreate and optimize complex DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs.\n\rDevelop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data integrations.\n\rWork with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.\n\rOptimize Power BI performance, data refresh schedules, and report usability.\n\rImplement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices.\n\rIntegrate Power BI with Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, and other data sources.\n\rMentor junior developers and support BI platform governance.\n\rTroubleshoot reporting issues and ensure data accuracy and reliability.\n\r\r\rRequired Skills\n\r\r\r10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.\n\r8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.\n\rStrong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M Language), Data Modeling, and SQL.\n\rExperience with SQL Server, Azure Data Services, Azure Synapse, or Data Factory.\n\rStrong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.\n\rExperience in dashboard design, performance tuning, and report optimization.\n\rKnowledge of Power BI Service, Gateway, Workspaces, and Deployment Pipelines.\n\rExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\r\r\rPreferred Qualifications\n\r\r\rExperience with Microsoft Fabric.\n\rAzure certifications and/or Power BI certifications.\n\rKnowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.\n\rExperience working in Agile environments.\n\r\r\rEducation\n\r\r\rBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n\n\r\rTekshapers is an
