COTS 10 Gigabit Ethernet WAN and associated software and hardware equipment\nCoordinate with the Task Order PM, COTRs and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters\nPlan, perform, and document laboratory assessments of hardware and software for both the classified and unclassified DISN Services to ensure proper connectivity and operations between the DLA WAN, the DLA's NOC, and DISA's NOCs\nCoordinate with the government customer to create a Technology Assessment Plan (TAP) to include the objectives, scope, equipment and configurations, technical approach, procedures, schedules, and roles and responsibilities required to complete the WAN technology refresh and upgrades\nGenerate and update design drawings\nPrepare After Action Reports (AAR) that document the approach taken, results, recommendations and supporting rationale\nIdentify new and emerging network capabilities as well as developing product evaluation and selection criteria\nProduce formal documentation of recommendations for executive briefings\nEnsure interoperability between NIPR, SIPR and DISN network equipment and services\nPlanning and tracking for implementation tasks\nCreate necessary supporting configuration artifacts such as network maps, detailed designs, test plans, operations readiness test reports, device configurations, and maintenance processes and procedures\nKnowledge and understanding of the below technologies:\nWireless Technologies\nIPv6 in concert with NIPR & SIPR transition\nNetwork Operations including network computer defense and situational awareness\nDISN Video Teleconferencing over NIPR & SIPR\nVOIP considering DISA Switched Network (DSN) efforts\nDigital Streaming Video\nCoordinate, plan and implement technology refreshes and upgrades to NIPR systems and equipment\nIdentify and evaluate of emerging standards as they related to the NIPR & SIPR and DLA/DOD mandates\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nMust have Secret Clearance with IT-I eligibility\nMust have an active CCNP Enterprise \nMust have or be able to obtain Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) or highercertification; DLA is an agency of the Department of Defense.
