Position\nThe Business Operations Associate (BOA) is responsible for researching, reconciling, and resolving outstanding accounts receivable balances, overpayments, payment application issues, and other account discrepancies.\nQualities\nStrong research and analytical skills, problem-solving, professionalism, attention to detail, strong follow-up, multitasking, independent judgment, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a collaborative environment.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Functions\nResearch and resolve outstanding accounts receivable balances, overpayments, unapplied payments, misapplied payments, credits, and other account discrepancies.\nAnalyze account activity, payment history, invoices, credits, adjustments, and supporting documentation to identify root causes and determine appropriate resolution steps.\nReconcile balances across applicable systems and records to ensure transactions are accurately applied and account information is complete.\nPartner with internal teams to obtain missing information, clarify transaction details, and support timely resolution of complex balance and payment issues.\nDocument research, findings, and actions taken to maintain clear records and support consistent follow-up through resolution.\nIdentify recurring issues, trends, or process gaps and escalate findings to
