perform independently and become an SME.\nRequired active participation/contribution in team discussions.\nContribute in providing solutions to work related problems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.\nEnsure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.\nAssist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.\nContinuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience. \n\nProfessional & Technical Skills\n\nMust To Have Skills:\n\nProficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.\nExperience in designing and implementing cloud-native applications using SAP Business Technology Platform.\nStrong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes within SAP environments.\nAbility to integrate various SAP services and third-party APIs to create seamless business solutions.\nFamiliarity with development tools and frameworks relevant to SAP BTP, including SAP Cloud Application Programming Model. \n\nAdditional Information\n\nThe
