This client committed to Long Term success and combine global reach with local client attention to serve them in over 50 Countries.\n\nPosition: Network and security Engineer\nLocation: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad\nWork Type: Hybrid\nJob Type: Full Time\n\nJob Description:\n\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\nDesign, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and documentation of enterprise-level, mission-critical, network infrastructure components.\nProvides and maintains a reliable technical infrastructure to effectively serve the customer community.\nWork on multiple projects and work streams concurrently to deliver projects on time .\nRespond to network incidents, troubleshoot to assess and provide remediation plans.\nCollaborate with third party service vendors to ensure Network stays operational.\nParticipates in client/ external interactions on technical matters.\nSupport queue management, preforming network system analysis and reporting.\nSecure network system by established organizational standard and enforcing policies.\nEvaluate new network technologies and participate in roadmap / architecture planning activities\nShould have good logical skills with experience in maintaining and troubleshooting large scale networks\nBeing a team player and adhering to project schedule.\nExperience, Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:\n4+ Years of hands-on experience experience in an Network & Security environment supporting services (Networking, Firewall , Cloud -Azure/AWS and wireless )\nMust have managed large scale network and able to support and maintain networks with - Cisco routers ( ASR) and Catalyst ,Nexus switches , Cisco Firepower , Palo Alto firewall, Meraki wireless and switching\nMust be expert of routing, switching, wireless, LAN and WAN, i.e. L2 (Wireless IEEE 802.11 a, Ethernet, IEEE 802.1x std. STP, MSTP, RSTP, Dynamic VLAN, HSRP/VRRP.) / L3 (Routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.), NEXUS, SD-WAN\nParticipate in the setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation of enterprise-level, mission-critical, network infrastructure components.\nSkills and knowledge and adherence to ITIL & Change Management processes\nEngage with internal business owners to relay information about the project and troubleshooting all issues & commits to deliverables with Business unit and / or management by meeting project deadlines.\nEngage with internal teams to relay information about the project and troubleshooting all issues & commits to deliverables with customers and / or management by meeting project deadlines.\nRotating on-call, support queue management, preforming network system analysis and reporting\nWilling to work in 24X7 environment. - The candidate will also be required to work independently and remotely during a 9-hour shift, should be willing to work in rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and on call support.\nAdditionally, the candidate must work well within a team, adapt easily to change, and possess the flexibility to travel.
