AI / GenAI development (hands-on)\nBuild production GenAI solutions: RAG pipelines and AI agents using any one of Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen or LlamaIndex.\nApply LLM evaluation, guardrails and prompt strategies; tune for latency and throughput.\nDeploy on a major cloud (Azure preferred: Azure ML, Azure OpenAI).\nReview code and set engineering standards.\n2. Solution architecture\nTurn business needs into AI architectures across data, models and workflows.\nSelect suitable LLMs/SLMs and deployment approaches (API, fine-tuning, orchestration).\nDesign with security, compliance and governance in mind.\nIntegrate solutions with the client's existing IT estate.\n3. Estimation, proposals and cost\nSupport sales with solution plans and proposals; own the technical sections.\nProduce effort, timeline and cost estimates, including AI token and compute costs.\nRun feasibility checks and proofs of concept.\n4.
