Strives for security, performance, simplicity, usability, and maintainability. Mentors and guides less experienced software engineers.\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n1. Team Contribution :\n\n- Works within established agile methods, promoting an atmosphere of continuous improvement.\n\n- Continuously learns new technologies and patterns and practices.\n\n- Documents knowledge for the benefit of the team.\n\n- Reports to the team on obstacles and roadblocks.\n\n- Participates in, and occasionally leads, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and other team meetings.\n\n- Promote patterns and best practices on the team.\n\n- Mentors and guides the less experienced software engineers.\n\n2. Planning and Design :\n\n- Works with the product team and stakeholders to refine and document requirements.\n\n- Estimates effort for planning purposes.\n\n- Designs and documents enterprise-level software architecture, consulting with Enterprise Architecture when appropriate.\n\n3. Development :\n\n- Writes code to develop software that meets requirements and specifications.\n\n- Follows established software development life cycle (SLDC).\n\n- Writes code with readability and future maintenance in mind.\n\n- Follows established source control standards and best practices.\n\n- Adheres to established secure coding practices.\n\n- Reviews code for other developers.\n\n- Leads team-based development efforts.\n\n4. Quality Assurance :\n\n- Validates QA findings and fixes defects.\n\n- Develops integration and testing points in the software that allow for QA testing.\n\n- Assists QA in running performance and load tests.\n\n5. Release :\n\n- Assists with release planning and releases.\n\n6. Support :\n\n- Assists the support team as needed, including root cause analysis.\n\n- Writes maintenance and metric statistics scripts and entry points for measuring and monitoring.\n\nRequirements :\n\nSolid Understanding of The Following :\n\n- Microservices Architecture : \n\n1.
