Together, we’re transforming how better health happens.\nSummary of Position\nThe Associate, Technical Product Implementation Specialist serves as a technical advisor for the implementation, configuration, optimization, and deployment of Teladoc Health patient care devices, software solutions, and integrated technologies across customer healthcare environments. This role is responsible for independently leading complex implementation activities and providing technical expertise throughout the customer onboarding and deployment lifecycle.\nAs a primary customer-facing technical resource, the Associate, Technical Product Implementation Specialist partners closely with healthcare administrators, clinical stakeholders, customer IT teams, project managers, logistics teams, and internal cross-functional partners to ensure successful implementation outcomes. The role requires advanced knowledge of networking, hardware, software, workflow integration, and troubleshooting methodologies to resolve technical challenges and drive customer adoption.\nThis position exercises significant judgment in managing multiple concurrent implementations, identifying and mitigating risks, resolving complex technical issues, and recommending solutions that align with business objectives and customer requirements. The Associate, Technical Product Implementation Specialist also contributes to process improvement initiatives, implementation standards, and knowledge-sharing efforts that support organizational growth and operational excellence.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nImplementation Leadership\nIndependently lead customer implementation activities from pre-deployment planning through successful go-live and project closure.\nManage multiple complex implementation projects simultaneously while meeting quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction objectives.\nServe as the primary technical point of contact during implementation activities.\nPartner with Technical Project Managers to execute implementation plans and support overall program delivery goals.\nCoordinate with logistics, support, engineering, product, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.\nTechnical Expertise\nConfigure, deploy, validate, and optimize Teladoc Health hardware and software solutions.\nEvaluate customer technical environments and provide recommendations related to infrastructure readiness and implementation requirements.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.\nCollaborate with customer IT teams to assess firewall, routing, wireless, VPN, and network configurations.\nEnsure all deployed systems meet operational, clinical, and performance requirements.\nConduct validation testing and acceptance activities to confirm successful implementation outcomes.\nCustomer Engagement\nBuild and maintain productive relationships with customer technical and operational stakeholders.\nCommunicate implementation requirements, project milestones, risks, and technical recommendations to customer leadership and technical teams.\nDeliver customer training and knowledge transfer activities to support successful adoption and ongoing use of Teladoc solutions.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nRisk Management and Problem Resolution\nIdentify implementation risks, dependencies, and challenges proactively.\nDevelop and execute mitigation plans to maintain project objectives and delivery schedules.\nEscalate critical issues appropriately and provide timely resolution recommendations.\nDrive issue ownership through completion while maintaining strong customer communication.\nProcess Improvement and Operational Excellence\nContribute to the development and refinement of implementation standards, playbooks, and best practices.\nProvide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations teams regarding system enhancements and customer experience improvements.\nAnalyze implementation trends and recurring issues to recommend process and technology improvements.\nParticipate in pilot deployments, new product introductions, and implementation readiness activities.\nDocumentation and Quality\nMaintain accurate and complete implementation records, technical documentation, testing results, training documentation, and deployment acceptance materials.\nEnsure all implementation deliverables support operational, compliance, and revenue recognition requirements.\nAdhere to established quality standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport emergency troubleshooting and repair activities when necessary.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nMentor and provide guidance to less experienced implementation team members.\nShare technical knowledge and contribute to team capability development.\nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned.\nKey areas supported by this role include:\nTechnical Product Implementations\nDevice Deployment and Configuration\nSoftware Installation and Validation\nNetwork and Connectivity Optimization\nProduct and System Integrations\nClinical Workflow Enablement\nCustomer Technical Readiness\nImplementation Process Improvement\nTechnical Escalation Management\nThe time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nNo\nQualifications Expected for Position\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
