organisational growth.\nDrive expansion across European markets and develop new business opportunities.\nBuild and manage relationships with regulators, banking partners, payment schemes, investors, and key stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with European regulatory frameworks, including PSD2/PSD3, MiCA, AML/CTF, DORA, and EMI requirements.\nLead the development of payment, embedded finance, and digital asset products.\nFoster a high-performance culture with strong governance, risk management, and operational excellence.\nReport directly to the Board on strategy, performance, and key business initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\n7+ years of executive leadership experience within regulated financial services.\nPrevious CEO, Managing Director, Deputy CEO, COO, or Executive Director experience.\nStrong background in banking, payments, fintech, Electronic Money Institutions (EMI), or Payment Institutions (PI).\nDemonstrated success in scaling regulated financial businesses and leading international teams.\nDeep understanding of European payments, banking infrastructure, treasury, and financial regulation.\nExperience with digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, or crypto financial services is highly desirable.\nExceptional leadership, stakeholder management, commercial, and strategic execution skills.\nBeing a Lithuanian resident is a must.\nWhat We Offer\nExecutive
