We are expanding our regional operations and are seeking an experienced executive to help scale our business, strengthen operational excellence, and drive execution across multiple jurisdictions.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for a Deputy CEO who will primarily perform the functions of a Regional Chief Operating Officer (COO). The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives while supporting the CEO in achieving the company's long-term objectives.\nThis is a senior leadership position requiring strong operational expertise within the traditional payments industry and the ability to manage regulated financial services across multiple European markets.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate operational activities across Telcoin Europe's regional business.\nExecute the company's strategic objectives and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.\nDevelop and optimize operational processes, governance frameworks, and internal controls.\nSupport expansion into new European markets and manage cross-border operational projects.\nBuild and maintain relationships with banking partners, payment service providers, schemes, and other financial institutions.\nOversee implementation and optimization of payment products and operational processes.\nDrive operational efficiency through automation, process improvements, and performance management.\nManage external service providers and strategic partners.\nSupport regulatory projects and operational readiness for new financial products.\nMonitor operational risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.\nPrepare management reports and present operational performance to senior management and the Board.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of senior management experience within regulated financial services.\nExtensive experience in traditional payments, including one or more of:\nSEPA Credit Transfers\nSEPA Instant\nSWIFT payments\nCorrespondent banking\nPayment Institutions (PI)\nElectronic Money Institutions (EMI)\nCard issuing and acquiring\nPayment operations\nTreasury operations\nDemonstrated experience working with banks, payment processors, payment schemes, and financial infrastructure providers.\nStrong understanding of European payment regulations, including PSD2 and operational requirements applicable to regulated financial institutions.\nExperience managing cross-functional and international teams.\nStrong project and programme management capabilities.\nExcellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.\nAbility to operate in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.\nResident of Lithuania\nFluent English (written and spoken).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with embedded finance, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), fintech, or digital asset businesses.\nKnowledge of MiCA, AML/CTF frameworks, and financial crime controls.\nExperience working with regulators or supervisory authorities.\nPrevious executive experience within a multinational
