Contract Manager

At Tele2, we are looking for a curious and driven Contract Manager to join our Procurement team. You don't need prior procurement experience; we value your problem-solving ability, project coordination skills and eagerness to learn.

About the role

Tele2 is a fast-moving tech company where we constantly challenge how things are done. Our Procurement team works closely with the business to create value, build strong supplier relationships and find smarter ways of working.

In this role, you will work with areas such as software, cloud services, professional services and other business-critical categories. You will collaborate with colleagues across IT, Finance, Legal, Security and the wider business.

You will learn how to:

• Support and gradually take ownership of sourcing projects and tenders
• Evaluate suppliers and develop your commercial and negotiation skills
• Develop and manage supplier relationships and agreements
• Analyze spend, market trends and business needs
• Explore how AI, automation and digital tools can improve procurement
• Work with stakeholders across different parts of the business

Who are you?

You are a recent university graduate who is curious about procurement and excited to start your career in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

We believe you have:

• A university degree in business, economics, engineering, IT or a related field
• A genuine interest in procurement, business and/or technology
• A structured and analytical way of thinking
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
• A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn
• An interest in AI, automation and new digital ways of working

Whether you have previous exposure to procurement, IT, finance or consulting is less important to us than your potential and motivation.

As a person, you are curious, eager to learn and comfortable asking questions. You take initiative and enjoy making things happen. You adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. You enjoy solving problems, finding smarter ways of working, and challenging existing ways of working.
