These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.\nWe are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.\nJob Description\nWe are seeking an Application Software Developer/Analyst skilled in building and maintaining reliable software systems using Microsoft technologies.\nJob Responsibilities:\nLeads projects and ensures the success of minor applications rollouts\n\nDevelop, modify, debugs and evaluate programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing\n\nAnalyzes existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs\n\nRecommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards\n\nTrains users in conversion and implementation of systems\n\nGeneral Support - The position will have support responsibilities specific to basic applications problems. Support will require troubleshooting applications and may investigate related server and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.\n\nResponds to emergencies as needed\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.\n\nTranslate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.\n\nConduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions.\n\nPresent technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.\n\nFacilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions.\n\nJob Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n\n2-5 years of experience in software development.\n\n2-5 years of experience in a business analyst.\n\nProficiency in:\nC#/.NET\n\nMSSQL (Native/Entity Framework) and complex query design\n\nJavaScript and front-end frameworks\n\nStrong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).\n\nExperience with MS Fabric, Azure, ERPs systems, PowerShell, DevOps, Power BI or other reporting tools would be an asset\n\nAbility to travel (domestically/internationally) if required\n\n** US Citizenship is required for this position.
