As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience and knowledge that will help develop your career.\nThe Engineering Intern will assist as needed with engineering tasks related to both new product development and support of existing products.\nResponsibilities may include (but not limited to):\nConducting performance tests on competitive products, engineering prototypes, and alpha/beta units.\n\nPerforming research on competitive products, manufacturing methods, and for new product development in general.\n\nCreating and updating engineering models, drawings, and schematics.\n\nCreating, implementing and maintaining procedures and work instructions.\n\nDesigning and implementing test fixtures.\n\nAssembling prototypes and conducting continuous improvement testing.\n\nCandidate must be pursuing a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.\nCandidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nHours will be a minimum of 15 - 20 hours per week between 8AM and 5PM Monday through Friday during the school year.\nTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
