This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has completed their A Levels and wants to gain practical experience whilst studying towards a recognised Business Studies qualification.\nWorking alongside experienced professionals, you will gain exposure to a wide range of supply chain activities including purchasing, shipping, compliance, and operational planning, developing the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in Supply Chain Management.\nAs a Supply Chain Apprentice, you will support the team in:\nSupporting shipping and logistics activities, including domestic and international shipments.\nAssisting with import/export compliance processes and documentation.\nMaintaining accurate records and reporting data using business systems.\nWorking with internal stakeholders across Operations, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance.\nRaising and tracking purchase orders.\nLiaising with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time.\nSupporting inventory management and stock planning activities.\nContributing to operational planning and scheduling processes.\nPerson Specification\nA Levels (or equivalent qualifications).\nStrong communication and organisational skills.\nGood attention to detail.\nConfidence using Microsoft Office applications.\nA positive attitude and willingness to learn.\nInterest in business operations, logistics, purchasing and supply chain activities.\nA strong interest in studying Business.\nPrevious work experience, either through employment, volunteering or work placements.\nWhat You'll Gain\nA recognised apprenticeship qualification in Business Studies.\nPractical experience across key supply chain functions.\nExposure to purchasing, logistics, compliance and operational planning activities.\nSupport and mentoring from experienced professionals.\nThe opportunity to develop into a skilled Supply Chain professional and build a long-term career within the business.\n#LI-ON1 #Qioptiq\nTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
