Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations and Planning, the successful candidate will oversee the international Customer Service teams for the Teledyne Machine Vision Camera Group and Teledyne Optech, driving service excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction across multiple regions.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDirectly manage an international team of Customer Service Representatives located in Canada, Japan, and Germany across multiple divisions within the MVC Group\nOversee all aspects of order acceptance and entry including:Verifying customer purchase orders to an established acceptance standard\nEntering and maintaining sales orders into ERP (SAP)\nProcessing customer returns RMAs\nVetting and setup of new customers (trade compliance screening, account creation etc.)\nCommunicating schedule changes and other order related updates to the internal sales team and external customers\nAnswering non-technical customer questions including order status and schedule\nSupporting the sales team and customers as needed\n\nWhat You Need:\n5 years of Customer Service or similar team management experience (technology manufacturing space preferred)\nExtensive knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Preferred) with a focus on sales orders and RMAs\nStrong interpersonal skills and intercultural awareness\nAbility to operate within and switch between multiple business contexts and systems\nFamiliarity with MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel\nExperience managing international teams with diverse background is a plus\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive compensation and comprehensive health benefits\nProgressive vacation plan and paid holidays\nRetirement savings plans with company match\nEducational assistance and career development support\nOpportunities to work on globally impactful technologies\nWhat happens next\nApply online and our Talent Acquisition team will review your application.
