Utilizes production tooling, computer systems, and specialized equipment to support production. Collaborates with coworkers, managers, and engineering teams to ensure quality and production objectives are met.\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:\nSafely handle common manufacturing chemicals and solvents in accordance with established procedures\n\nPerform precision mechanical assembly and adhesive application by following work instructions and specifications\n\nConduct measurements and accurately document inspection and test results\n\nEnter production data and maintain accurate traveler and work-in-progress (WIP) records\n\nMaintain accurate documentation, product traceability, and data integrity throughout the manufacturing process\n\nCommunicate effectively with team members across all areas of operations\n\nSupport engineering activities and assist with product development processes as needed\n\nFollow 5S protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment\n\nPerform a variety of cleaning processes to support production and quality requirements\n\nPerforms other related duties and support functions as assigned\n\nJob Qualifications:\nStrong attention to detail\n\nDemonstrate fine motor skills and manual dexterity\n\nAble to use small hand tools, such as tweezers, hex keys, and probes/picks\n\nAble to read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation with minimal supervision\n\nAble to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including coveralls, hairnet, gloves, face mask, and ESD footwear\n\nAble to read, write, and communicate effectively using the English language\n\nProficient with using a computer and navigating standard software applications\n\nAble to use a microscope to visually inspect small parts for long periods of time\n\nMust be able to sit or stand up to 8 hours a day\n\nMust be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs., unassisted\n\nDesired Experience:\n3-4 years of experience working in a Manufacturing or Material environment\n\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive Salary & Benefits Package\n\nHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance from Day 1\n\nPaid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays\n\n401(k) with Company Match\n\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan\n\nEducational Tuition Reimbursement\n\nFun Employee Events throughout the year\n\nApplicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.\nSalary Range:\n$44,500.00-$59,300.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
