This role offers a rare opportunity to work at the cutting edge of technology-spanning precision analog circuitry, high-speed analog design, signal integrity, and complex mixed-signal architectures. As part of our engineering team, you won’t just design hardware: you will influence the entire product lifecycle, from defining technical requirements and architecture, to hands-on design and validation, all the way through product launch and mass production. You will engage deeply with state-of-the-art technologies, learn continuously, and directly contribute to innovations that steer the technical direction of a globally recognized instrumentation company. This is a high-impact position where your ideas, expertise, and curiosity will help define the performance envelope of tomorrow’s high-value measurement instruments.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDevelop precision, high-speed, RF analog, and mixed-signal circuitry for next-generation probes and oscilloscope acquisition systems.\nPrepare documentation to support product planning and system architecture.\nCreate schematics and oversee the layout of complex high-frequency PCBs, including ceramic and organic packages.\nDesign test fixtures and implement automated test routines to validate prototypes.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams-Marketing, Electrical, Software, Mechanical, and Manufacturing engineers-to transform concepts into market-ready products.\nProvide ongoing support and review product modifications throughout their operational lifecycle.\nRequired Education and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 4+ years of electronic design experience, or\nMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with 2+ years electronic design experience.\nCore Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong logical thinking and rapid learning ability, with a genuine drive to expand knowledge.\nPreferred Skills\nKnowledge of high-speed analog design, signal integrity, transmission lines, RF, and microwave principles.\nProficiency in analyzing circuits in both frequency and time domains.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to drive meetings, conduct design reviews, and create clear technical content (drawings, slides, graphs) to explain complex systems/data.\nBroad knowledge of electronic design, including power supplies, microcontrollers, clocking, transistor-level design, and PCBA technologies.\nExperience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Software, QA, Manufacturing).\nSkilled in using test equipment such as digital oscilloscopes and network analyzers; familiar with calibration, automation, and SMD soldering.\nCompetence in design simulation and analysis using tools like Orcad, PSpice, Excel, Ansys, and MATLAB.\nAbility to script in Python, VB, or similar languages for measurement automation and data analysis.\nCapable of managing projects or subsystems with attention to schedule, cost, and material requirements.\nFoundational understanding of digital signal processing theory.\nSalary Range:\n$90,800.00-$121,100.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
