The Enterprise Analytics Architect partners with business and IT teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions while supporting the transition from business-unit-focused reporting to enterprise reporting solutions built on common business definitions and shared reporting assets, while supporting business-unit-specific reporting needs and enhancements.\nThis role provides an opportunity to help shape and influence the organization's evolving Microsoft Fabric reporting and analytics strategy while supporting and modernizing the existing Power BI reporting environment.\nDue to government contract requirements, US Citizenship is required for this position. We are unable to hire Green Card Holders, individuals who need a work visa, are currently on a work visa, or individuals who will require work visa sponsorship in the future.\n Job Duties & Responsibilities:\nPower BI Architecture & Technical Leadership\nDesign, develop, and optimize Power BI solutions, semantic models, and reporting architectures.\nProvide expertise in DAX development, model performance tuning, security design, and gateway-based reporting solutions.\nImplement and support enterprise standards for Power BI, semantic modeling, report development, and deployment.\nReview and guide reporting solutions developed by internal teams and external partners.\nEnsure effective implementation of Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), and reporting controls.\n\nEnterprise Reporting & Analytics\nDesign and maintain enterprise semantic models supporting Finance, Sales, Procurement, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Supply Chain reporting.\nEstablish common KPIs, business definitions, dimensions, and reporting standards across multiple ERP environments.\nSupport the transition from business-unit-focused reporting to enterprise reporting solutions while supporting business-unit-specific reporting needs and enhancements.\nTranslate business processes and reporting requirements into scalable analytics solutions.\n\nBusiness Partnership\nPartner with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and priorities.\nFacilitate discussions around KPI definitions, reporting standards, and solution design.\nCollaborate with Architects, Data Engineers, Report Developers, and business teams to deliver enterprise reporting solutions.\nServe as a trusted advisor on reporting and analytics initiatives.\n\nRequired Professional Experience\n8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data architecture.\nDemonstrated experience designing enterprise reporting solutions across ERP-based environments.\nExperience working with multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nRequired Technical Expertise:\n\nExpert-Level Power BI Experience\nSemantic model architecture\nDAX development and performance optimization\nReport and dashboard architecture\nPower BI Service administration and governance\nRow-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS)\nPower BI gateway and hybrid reporting architectures\n\nData Modeling & Analytics\nDimensional modeling and star schema design\nSQL development and optimization\nEnterprise reporting architecture\n\nFunctional Reporting Experience\nExperience supporting reporting and analytics across one or more of the following areas:\nFinance\nSales\nProcurement\nHuman Resources\nManufacturing\nInventory\nSupply Chain\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platform experience.\nExperience supporting manufacturing, industrial, aerospace & defense, or multi-business-unit organizations.\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric preferred, including familiarity with Direct Lake, OneLake, Lakehouse concepts, and modern enterprise analytics architectures.\nExperience with Git-based source control and deployment practices.\nSalary Range:\n$87,800.00-$117,100.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
