Occupational health and safety and environmental sustainability are also an integral part of our business strategy, and we believe in implementing environmental, healthand safety improvements to continually enhance the working environment for staff, visitors and contractors.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide specialist training and develop the skills of current operators.\nProvide specialist tools/knowledge/skillsto undertake complex composite lay-ups.\nProvide specialist laminating skills to develop a manufacturing method for new work packages (NPI).\nGuide Supervision on Clean Room best practice and operational improvements.\nTake responsibility for lean initiatives and liaise with Engineering on existing program improvements.\nDrive cleanroom activities to achieve or exceed target layup times and quality metrics.\nTraining & Experience Requirements:\nAttention to detail.\nProactive and strong team player with excellent communication skills.\nAbility to work with accuracy, attention to detail and to strict deadlines\nAbility to work within set guidelines and to follow instructions\nHardworking, enthusiastic, flexible and able to use own initiative\nWork within guidelines set out in all Works Procedure Manuals and the Quality Procedure Manual\nExperience in composite laminating essential\nTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
