We’re the world’s leading provider of infrared sensors for space, with customers like NASA, ESA, and the US Department of Defense.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead facility maintenance, service, construction activities, and facility engineering projects across the Thousand Oaks and Camarillo sites.\nManage facility projects from concept through completion, including scope definition, vendor selection, scheduling, coordination, and execution.\nSupport and enhance preventative and predictive maintenance programs for utilities and building systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom operations.\nConduct facility, building, and grounds inspections, identifying and prioritizing maintenance and repair needs.\nEnsure reliable operation of critical facility systems, including cleanroom infrastructure, process utilities, and manufacturing support equipment.\nPartner with EH&S and regulatory agencies to maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and building requirements.\nRespond to facility issues and failures and help maintain continuous operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.\nWhat You Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and 5-7 years of facilities engineering, project management, and semiconductor manufacturing experience.\nStrong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, cleanroom operations, and supporting facility systems.\nExperience with DI/RO water systems, CDA, LN2, GN2, house vacuum systems, cooling systems, and semiconductor process equipment.\nFamiliarity with inert and toxic process gas systems and associated safety practices.\nProven success managing mechanical, HVAC, and process utility projects within semiconductor environments.\nProficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.\nU.S. Citizenship required; ability to travel up to 5%.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive Salary & Benefits Package\nHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance from Day 1\nPaid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays\n401(k) with Company Match\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan\nEducational Tuition Reimbursement\nFun Employee Events throughout the year\nWhy Teledyne?\nOur infrared sensors are “Everywhere You Look”™ - from the James Webb Space Telescope to climate change studies.
