This role supports employee lifecycle processes, maintains HR systems and records, and assists with company administrative activities to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nHR Administration\nMaintain accurate employee records within HR systems, always ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.\n\nMaintain strict confidentiality of all employee and company information.\n\nPerform accurate data entry and ensure data consistency across systems.\n\nSupport onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparation of documentation and coordination of orientation materials.\n\nCoordinate recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and support the background checks and verifications.\n\nPrepare employment-related documentation (e.g., employment confirmations, letters, reports).\n\nAdminister benefits processes, including enrollments, employee changes, and general inquiries.\n\nSchedule and track employee training; maintain accurate training records.\n\nMonitor employee probation periods and follow up with managers as required.\n\nCompany Administrative Support\nProvide general administrative support including answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing reception activities.\n\nSupport onboarding logistics and internal training coordination.\n\nSupport employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and site events.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nEducation & Experience\nCollege diploma or post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.\n\nTypically requires 0-3 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative support.\n\nTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
