Responsibilities include processing domestic and export shipments, verifying verifying shipment documentation against materials prior to shipment, and performing a variety of physical and administrative duties in a manufacturing warehouse environment.\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:\nGenerate and distribute daily shipping reports\nAssist Inventory Control and Stockroom Coordinator with performing cycle counts\nAssemble accessory kits and maintain accurate shipping records\nVerify shipping documentation, materials, and quantities before shipment\nPackage, prepare, and palletize shipments in accordance with established procedures\nProcess shipments through SAP and customer shipping platforms\nSchedule freight pickups and coordinate transportation as needed\nRespond to requests for shipment dimensions, weights, and related information\nPrepare return labels for RMAs and coordinate returns with vendors\nProcess Shipping Request Forms through SharePoint, verify all required approvals are obtained, and ensure compliance with established shipping procedures\nPerform shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution activities for materials, parts, supplies, and equipment\nCollaborate with various departments to resolve issues to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing\nEnsure compliance with export regulations, GTC requirements, and hazardous materials shipping procedures\nFollow 5S standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned\nJob Qualifications:\nHigh attention to detail\nMust be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nAdheres to GTC requirements with export shipments\nAbility to handle hazardous goods shipments by established procedures\nAbility to prioritize and complete high-volume shipping activities in a fast-paced environment to meet delivery deadlines\nMust be able to manage emails daily and provide timely response\nCollaboration & Teamwork skills are required to effectively serve internal and external customers, and interface with various support groups in order to establish priorities and achieve results\nForklift operation is required, training is provided as needed\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED\n1-2+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment\nPrior experience working in a manufacturing environment - desired\nBasic computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite\nPrior experience working with electronic shipping systems, such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand up to 4 hours a day\nAbility to sit up to 6 hours a day\nAbility to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs., unassisted\nAbility to team lift and carry objects up to 70 lbs.\nAbility to bend, twist, and stoop when packaging items for shipment\n What We Offer:\nCompetitive Salary & Benefits Package\nHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance from Day 1\nPaid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays\n401(k) with Company Match\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan\nEducational Tuition Reimbursement\nFun Employee Events throughout the year\nApplicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.\nSalary Range:\n$39,000.00-$52,000.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
