Your work ensures that our power supplies, modules, circuit assemblies, and electro-mechanical systems are built with precision, consistency, and reliability. You’ll join a team that values craftsmanship, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.\nWhat you’ll do\nAssemble electronic and electro-mechanical units following drawings, schematics, sample assemblies, and verbal instructions\nInstall, solder, and remove through-hole and surface-mount components using soldering irons and hot-air tools\nPrepare, position, align, and secure components using fixtures, jigs, and hand tools\nPerform wiring, lead preparation, crimping, staking, and connections between components and printed circuit assemblies\nConduct basic tests, inspections, and go/no-go verifications throughout the build process\nRework, repair, or troubleshoot components and assemblies that do not meet specifications\nWork under microscopes as needed for detailed soldering and inspection\nFollow strict safety guidelines when handling chemicals, tools, or equipment\nDocument production results, updates, and issues in logs and reports\nWhat you need\nAbility to interpret production drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials - required\nProficiency with soldering (through-hole and surface-mount) and basic hand tools - required\nStrong manual dexterity and attention to detail - required\nAbility to perform inspections and basic electrical tests - preferred\nExperience with component mounting, cleaning, preparation, or small-parts assembly - preferred\nHigh school diploma - required\nVocational or technical electronics training - preferred\n0-2 years of related assembly experience - preferred\nWhat we offer\nYou’ll join a supportive production environment where quality craftsmanship matters.
