The Machine Operator role remains critical to supporting operations in the molding area and is needed to meet increased production demands resulting from continued business growth. Filling this position will help maintain productivity, support customer requirements, and ensure efficient workflow within the molding department.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure compliance with company safety standards\nEnsure compliance with company’s quality standards.\nUse of mold presses (small & large) to mold small plastic and rubber parts.\nCapabilities include but are not limited to monitoring pressures, temperatures, and cure times on the mold presses.\nSet-ups on molds and molding processes per set-up process instructions.\nAssist with preventative maintenance as well as minor repairs of production equipment.\nUse small inspection hand tools, i.e., micrometers, calipers, drop indicators, etc.\nCompletes accurate production paperwork and/or electronic data entry.\nOther duties may be assigned as required.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).\n2 years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.\nAble to read and understand Engineering drawings, specifications, and process control documents.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\nDemonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.\nCommunicates effectively and works cooperatively with colleagues, management and other departmental representatives\nIn our efforts to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace, Teledyne Reynolds requires that candidates complete a satisfactory background check and pass a drug screen prior to employment.\nDue to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a \"US Person\" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).\nSalary Range:\n$39,000.00-$52,000.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
