Our expertise in materials and processes, combined with state-of-the-art facilities and collaborative development environment drive continuous improvement, learning, and innovation.\nOur Team in Edmonton, AB is looking for a Manufacturing Process Operator to join us !\nSummary\nThe Process Operator is responsible for working in a team setting to deliver products that meet quality and cost targets in a manufacturing setting while following standard operating procedures to ensure quality and safety. This position works Monday through Friday, 11:15pm to 7:15am.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nPerform assigned work adhering to quality standards operating procedures,\nWork in a team to meet targets and health and safety standards while ensuring quality on time delivery, and profitability,\nPerform routine calibrations, qualifications and set ups to ensure production equipment and standard processes are operation or performing at specified levels,\nManage time and equipment usage efficiently to meet production targets,\nFacilitate teamwork within and across shifts,\nStimulate a positive work environment that focuses on quality and best practices,\nDemonstrate professional conduct in the workplace, leading with excellent work habits, time management, productivity, quality, and a high level of safety awareness,\nIdentify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, profitability, material utilization, and tool usage,\nCommunicate with Production Manager and other team members on issues that affect safety, quality, delivery, and cost,\nAssist with improving applicable work instructions, safety procedures, and related quality documentation,\nAssist with applicable process development and CI (Continuous Improvement) projects.\nAdhere to and recommend improvements to the 5S+1 program and standard contamination protocols in their assigned work area.\nEducation & Experience\nExcellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills\nExperience working in a clean room environment (preferred)\nAbility to work in a team and demonstrates leadership qualities\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
