As Manufacturing Supervisor for the afternoon shift, you’ll lead production employees while partnering closely with Engineering and Quality to keep processes and equipment performing at their best.\nIf you enjoy combining people leadership with practical problem-solving on the manufacturing floor, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible operational impact.\nWhat you’ll do\n\nLead and support Production Associates and Technicians on the afternoon shift.\nAdjust staffing, schedules, and priorities to achieve production and delivery goals.\nCoach employees, provide feedback, manage performance, and address disciplinary matters fairly and consistently.\nTroubleshoot manufacturing, process, and equipment issues to minimize downtime.\nPartner with Manufacturing Engineering on root cause investigations and corrective actions.\nSupport preventative maintenance, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and process monitoring.\nMaintain ESD compliance through audits, corrective actions, and employee awareness.\nSupport internal and external quality audits and adherence to safety and manufacturing procedures.\nProvide clear shift updates and promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nWhat you need\n\nRequired: Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.\nRequired: Ability to handle difficult conversations and employee performance matters professionally.\nRequired: 3+ years of manufacturing experience.\nRequired: 3+ years of supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience.\nRequired: Diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline.\nRequired: Ability to work Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., including extended periods on the manufacturing floor.\nRequired: Flexibility for occasional overtime, weekends, and business-critical needs.\nWhat we offer\n\nMeaningful work supporting high-quality manufacturing operations.\nA technically focused environment with opportunities to solve real production challenges.\nCollaboration across Operations, Engineering, and Quality.\nExposure to continuous improvement, SPC, ESD, and equipment reliability practices.\nThe stability and engineering depth of Teledyne Technologies.\nWhat happens next\n\nAfter you apply, your experience will be reviewed against the role requirements.
