This corporate position focuses on streamlining payroll processes, leveraging advanced payroll systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers significant growth opportunities, including the potential to expand into global payroll operations.\nJob Duties & Responsibilities:\nManage and optimize payroll processes to drive efficiencies and accuracy\n\nAdminister and maintain payroll systems (ADP Ev6, ADP WFM), ensuring data integrity and complaince\n\nCollaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to identify process improvements and implement automation\n\nGenerate and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and identify efficiency opportunities\n\nSupport system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new payroll features\n\nAct as the primary liaison with payroll system vendors, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues\n\nProvide training and guidance to HR and Finance staff on payroll system functionality\n\nContribute to projects that prepare the organization for global payroll expansion\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or related field\n\n3-5 years of payroll or HRIS systems experience\n\nExperience in global payroll operations or multi-country payroll platforms (ADP EV6 and WFM are a plus)\n\nAdvanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.\n\nU.S. Person status, as defined by U.S. export control laws\n\nPreferred Skills & Experience:\nExperience in corporate payroll environments with high-volume processing\n\nExposure to global payroll practices or multi-country payroll systems\n\nKnowledge of HRIS integration with payroll systems\n\nFamiliarity with reporting tools and database management\n\nCareer Growth:\nThis role is designed as a stepping stone into global payroll operations, offering opportunities to participate in international projects, learn global compliance frameworks, and eventually transition into a global payroll leadership role.\nSalary Range:\n$96,600.00-$128,800.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
