You’ll support the Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) business, helping teams stay aligned so production requirements and commitments can be met.\nWhat you’ll do\nSupport production planning and scheduling activities for Traveling Wave Tube manufacturing.\nMaintain accurate planning, scheduling, and production information.\nMonitor work orders, material availability, and production status.\nHelp identify material shortages, scheduling conflicts, and other issues that may affect production.\nCoordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and other functions to resolve routine production issues.\nCommunicate changes in priorities, schedules, and requirements to appropriate stakeholders.\nAssist with production reports and planning data.\nFollow established manufacturing, quality, and documentation requirements.\nWhat you need\nStrong organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills - required\nEffective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills - required\nAbility to work with detailed production and planning information - required\nAbility to learn manufacturing processes and planning systems - required\nExperience in manufacturing, production planning, materials, or administrative support - preferred\nExperience with enterprise resource planning or material requirements planning systems - preferred\nHigh school diploma or equivalent - required\nAdditional education in business, supply chain, or a related field - plus\nWhat we offer\nYou’ll have the opportunity to contribute to sophisticated microwave technologies while building hands-on experience in manufacturing planning and working alongside teams focused on delivering high-quality products.\nWhat happens next\nSubmit your application for consideration.
