(RISI). TESP specializes in developing solid state Electronic Safe & Arms for Military, Space, and Commercial (Oil Exploration/Production). RISI specializes in developing EBW and EFI detonators that integrate into Electronic Safe & Arms.\nPosition Summary\nSupports purchasing, inventory control, material planning, forecasting, and customer service to maintain production continuity and ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time. Coordinates with suppliers and internal departments on material availability, quotations, order processing, and delivery schedules.\nResponsibilities:\nIssue and manage purchase orders for materials, components, supplies, and services.\nObtain and evaluate supplier pricing, lead times, availability, specifications, and delivery commitments.\nTrack open orders, expedite deliveries, and resolve shortages, late deliveries, order changes, substitutions, and invoice discrepancies.\nReview purchase requisitions and maintain accurate purchasing, supplier, inventory, quotation, and order records.\nProvide customer order status, delivery, product availability, and schedule updates.\nAssist with quotations, sales order entry, order changes, expedites, and customer delivery requirements.\nCoordinate with Operations, Production, Planning, Customer Service, Quality, Finance, and Shipping to meet business and customer needs.\nSupport audits, documentation requests, and process improvements involving purchasing, inventory, planning, and order fulfillment.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.\nThree to five years of purchasing, customer service, material planning, inventory control, or related experience.\nManufacturing and ERP system experience preferred.\nStrong communication, organization, documentation, follow-up, problem-solving, and Excel skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.\nSpecial and Physical Requirements:\nU.S. Person required,\nMust be at least 21 years old.\nRegular use of a computer, telephone, and office equipment,\nAbility to sit, stand, and walk during the workday and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.\nIn our efforts to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace, Teledyne RISI requires that candidates complete a satisfactory background check and pass a drug screen prior to employment.\nDue to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a \"US Person\" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).\nSalary Range:\n$50,600.00-$67,500.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
