This role ensures high-quality product output by following strict process controls, cleanliness standards, and detailed work instructions.\nWork Schedule:\nThis is a third shift position, Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM. This position includes a 15% shift differential in addition to the base rate of pay.\nTraining Schedule:\nThis position will train on the first shift, Monday through Friday, 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM, for the first months before moving to the third shift schedule.\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:\nPerform precision assembly of infrared camera components, including optics, sensors, and mechanical housing\nConduct functional and environmental testing of infrared camera systems according to established procedures\nInspect components and finished assemblies using microscopes, metrology tools, and other inspection equipment to ensure quality standards are met\nFollow detailed work instructions, travelers, and engineering documentation with high accuracy\nMaintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols (gowning, contamination control, ESD handling)\nAccurately record production data, test results, and non-conformance accurately in manufacturing systems (e.g., Camstar or equivalent)\nIdentify defects, discrepancies, and process deviations and escalate issues to engineering or supervisory staff\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to yield, throughput, and quality\nAssist with equipment setup, calibration checks, and routine maintenance\nPerform additional duties as assigned\nJob Qualifications:\nStrong attention to detail\nDemonstrate fine motor skills and the ability to use small hand tools\nKnowledge of ESD procedures and proper handling of ESD-sensitive components and assemblies\nAble to read, interpret, and work from engineering documentation\nAble to read, write, and communicate effectively using the English language\nBasic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications\nMust be able to sit or stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours a day\nMust be able to carry or lift up to 25 lbs., unassisted\nMust be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs., unassisted\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED with relevant technical or vocational training\n1+ years of experience in cleanroom assembly, electronics manufacturing, or optical/mechanical assembly\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive Salary & Benefits Package\nHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance from Day 1\nPaid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays\n401(k) with Company Match\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan\nEducational Tuition Reimbursement\nFun Employee Events throughout the year\nApplicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.\nSalary Range:\n$39,000.00-$52,000.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
