(RISI). TESP specializes in developing solid state Electronic Safe & Arms for Military, Space, and Commercial (Oil Exploration/Production). RISI specializes in developing EBW and EFI detonators that integrate into Electronic Safe & Arms.\nTeledyne RISI is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production / Compliance Leader to support daily manufacturing operations while ensuring regulatory compliance, production traceability, and inventory accountability. This role serves as a critical link between Production, Quality, Planning, and Materials Management to ensure efficient workflow execution, accurate documentation, and compliance with ATF and company requirements.\nThe ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment where documentation, traceability, and material control are essential to operational success.\nResponsibilities:\nProduction Compliance & Documentation\nMaintain all ATF records and logs in accordance with federal regulations and company procedures.\n\nMonitor production activities to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality requirements.\n\nSupport internal and external audits by maintaining accurate and complete documentation.\n\nAssist in the development and implementation of process improvements related to compliance and production controls.\n\nEnsure manufacturing records are complete, accurate, and properly retained.\n\nWork Order Management & Traceability\nReview and verify manufacturing work orders for completeness and accuracy.\n\nEnsure all required manufacturing and inspection sign-offs are completed.\n\nMaintain process traceability throughout all stages of production.\n\nVerify route sheets, travelers, and production documentation are properly completed and controlled.\n\nWork with Production, Quality, and Engineering personnel to resolve documentation discrepancies.\n\nMaterial Management & WIP Control\nIssue production kits and materials to manufacturing personnel.\n\nTrack Work-In-Process (WIP) inventory throughout the manufacturing cycle.\n\nMaintain accurate inventory transactions and material traceability records.\n\nCoordinate material movements to support production schedules and minimize disruptions.\n\nAssist with inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and material audits.\n\nProduct Labeling & Identification\nCreate and print product, lot, packaging, and shipping labels.\n\nVerify labeling accuracy and compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.\n\nMaintain controlled label templates and associated records.\n\nEnsure proper identification of all materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.\n\nProduction Planning & Resource Support\nSupport the Production Supervisor in daily production planning and scheduling activities.\n\nAssist with resource allocation to support on-time manufacturing objectives.\n\nMonitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks.\n\nCommunicate material shortages, production delays, and compliance concerns to management.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and quality.\n\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\n\nAssociate degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\n\nMinimum five (5) years of experience in manufacturing, inventory control, materials management, production control, or compliance-related functions.\n\nExperience working in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.\n\nWorking knowledge of manufacturing processes and production documentation.\n\nFamiliarity with inventory management and material control practices.\n\nUnderstanding of traceability requirements and work order management.\n\nExperience with ERP/MRP business systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\n\nStrong organizational, time-management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nAbility to regularly stand, walk, bend, and perform tasks within a manufacturing environment.\n\nAbility to occasionally lift and move materials up to 25 pounds.\n\nAbility to perform computer and administrative tasks for extended periods.\n\nMust be 21 or older\n\nAble to pass the ATF background check\n\nIn our efforts to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace, Teledyne RISI requires that candidates complete a satisfactory background check and pass a drug screen prior to employment.\nDue to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a \"US Person\" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).\nSalary Range:\n$62,800.00-$83,700.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
