This role serves as the primary focal point between customers and internal functional teams, ensuring technical, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual requirements are met while supporting business objectives.\nThe Program Manager leads cross-functional program teams, manages project financial performance, monitors risk and opportunity plans, and drives execution through all phases of the program lifecycle. This position works closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Contracts, and Customer Service to ensure commitments are achieved and customer expectations are exceeded.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead assigned commercial, defense, and development programs from award through delivery and closeout.\nServe as the primary customer interface for program status, deliverables, schedules, risks, and issue resolution.\nDevelop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and execution strategies.\nMonitor program performance against technical, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.\nCoordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Contracts.\nLead regular program reviews and communicate status to senior management and customers.\nManage program budgets, forecasts, estimates-to-complete (ETC), and resource requirements.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks while driving corrective actions when required.\nSupport proposal development, program planning, and new business pursuits.\nEnsure compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures, and customer expectations.\nFacilitate transition of new products and development programs into production.\nDrive resolution of program issues impacting customer deliveries, revenue recognition, or project profitability.\nMaintain program documentation, action item tracking, and configuration of program deliverables.\nManage government and customer-funded projects requiring detailed reporting and milestone achievement.\nSupport monthly business reviews, financial reviews, and executive program status updates.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.\n5+ years of program, project, operations, or engineering management experience.\nExperience managing complex technical products, manufacturing programs, or customer-funded projects.\nStrong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and cost tracking.\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.\nExperience with ERP systems, project scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.\nPMP certification preferred.\nSecurity clearance preferred.\nCitizenship Requirements\nDue to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a U.S. Citizen.\nWhat can Teledyne offer YOU?\nA Competitive Salary & Benefits Package\nExcellent Health, Dental, Vision\nPaid Vacation Time\nPaid Sick Time\nLife Insurance Benefits\nPaid Holidays\n401(k) Eligibility\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan\nEducational Tuition Reimbursement\nTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
