Everyone who joins Teledyne Energetics UK plays a part in contributing to our success, our continued growth, and being best-in-class in our field.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nThis is a Project Management role required within a growing team to deliver technical product development to challenging customer specifications and timescales. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate industry best practice, the effective use of project management tools, and will be able to describe a successful track record in delivering technical projects on time and in full.\nAs a Project Manager within Teledyne Energetics, you will act as the relationship manager between the various disciplines in the business, and the customer. You will require strong leadership skills to bring together key milestones across multiple projects at any one time, whilst overcoming technical and other resource conflicts.\nRole & Responsibilities\nBe a high performing Project Manager working within time and resource constraints to deliver projects on time and to agreed budgets.\n\nWork directly with Customers and the Key Account Manager to maintain good effective relationships and ensure expectations and agreed outcomes are met.\n\nWork directly with the Engineering Manager to plan engineering and compliance resource to maximise its use effectively and to resolve conflicts and bottlenecks.\n\nWorking with procurement/supply chain teams to ensure forward planning and order placement for material, equipment and services in accordance with delivery schedules and project plans\n\nUsing PM best practice, deploy highly effective project plans and challenge roadblocks to ensure success.
